Most people find us because something’s going on with their roof, only to find out we do much more than that. The roof and gutters as well as your windows and attic all work together to keep your house dry and comfortable. So when one of them has a problem it usually affects the rest of them too. Having one company that can look at all of it saves you from calling around to three or four different contractors and trying to coordinate them.

Semper Fi Roofing & Exteriors started out over 20 years ago with two Marines and a truck and we’ve added a lot since then. Roofing

Roofing is where we got our start and it’s still the biggest part of what we do. That includes everything from fixing a few shingles that blew off in a storm to tearing off an old roof and putting a whole new one on, plus helping homeowners with insurance claims after hail or wind damage. Gutters

Gutters don’t get much attention until they start overflowing or pulling away from the house, and by then there’s usually water running down the siding or pooling up by the foundation. In addition to your new roof, we can put in seamless gutters that don’t have joints every few feet for leaks to start at and we can add guards on top so you’re not up on a ladder cleaning out leaves every fall. Windows

If your windows are drafty or foggy between the glass or just won’t open the way they used to it’s probably time for new ones. We can replace one window or every window in the house and we’ll bring samples out so you can see the different styles and colors before anything gets ordered. Skylights

A lot of the skylight work we do is replacing old ones that started leaking after 20 or 30 years, but we also put new ones in for people who want to brighten up a dark hallway or bathroom. And if you’ve got one you’d rather get rid of we can take it out and close up the roof so you’d never know it was there. Check out our skylight installation page to learn more.

Attic Insulation

Since we’re up in attics all the time when we’re working on roofs we see a lot of houses that don’t have nearly enough insulation up there. That’s a big reason for high heating bills and upstairs rooms that never feel right, plus it’s what causes a lot of ice dams in the winter. We add blown in insulation and seal up the gaps where warm air sneaks into the attic. You can read about it on our attic insulation page.

Getting More Than One Thing Done

Most of our customers decide to have a few things done at once and since we’re there, it’s usually what makes the most sense. A new roof is a great time to replace old skylights or add insulation to the attic, and it’ll help your investment go a lot farther. While we’re up there we can point out anything we notice that’s worth flagging and let you decide what to do from there.

For bigger projects we have financing so you can spread out the cost over time.
