When a roof is over 20-25 years old and has had a lot of patches or repairs, replacement becomes a smarter investment instead of constantly fixing it. Roof Repair

Asphalt Shingles

Shingle Repair
Sometimes it’s just a handful of shingles that are lifted or cracked or loose. And if the rest of the roof is still in good shape there’s no reason to do anything more than that. Our shingle repair page goes over what that looks like.

Repair or Replace?
This is probably the question we get asked the most. And honestly the answer depends on a few things like how old the roof is and how much of it has problems. A roof over 10 years old with storm damage can usually be sustainably fixed with a repair and one over 20 years with constant patching and curling all over will cost more to keep fixing.

How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes take us a day or two depending on the size and how steep the roof is. Bigger or more complicated roofs can take a little longer.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. If you’ve got storm damage we’ll document everything with photos and notes so your adjuster has what they need.
Do you have weekend appointments?
Yes we have weekend availability so you can meet with us without having to take time off work.
